Since 1989, when we decided to leave our careers in health care to embark on second careers in the Special Events industry our Petal Pushers family has become increasingly recognized as one of Philadelphia and the Delaware Valley’s leading special events companies.
We meet personally with all our clients to custom design an event that reflects your vision and fantasies. Over the past 18 years, Petal Pushers has grown into one of the largest design studios in the Tri-State area. Our award winning design staff executes your vision from our 6,000 square foot design studio in Huntingdon Valley, PA. We have twice decorated the Beaux Arts Ball, the Gala Ball for the Philadelphia Music Alliance as well as other society functions. As Petal Pushers’ philanthropic events grew in size and complexity, so did our decorating for weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs and other social and corporate functions.
Throughout the years, Petal Pushers has worked closely with hotels, caterers, corporations and meeting planners from New York to Washington, DC to design unique environments through creative floral and theme decor, theatrical lighting, and draping for any size special event.
Since we created Petal Pushers in 1989, we have always used the phrase “Concept to Completion”. The phrase is a philosophy of doing business not a “buzz” phrase. We offer a variety of coordination/planning services. These include comprehensive, partial and on-site coordination.
Comprehensive coordination often includes finding a venue, hiring all or many of your vendors, negotiating contracts with vendors and we accompany you to meetings with vendors to insure that your wants and ideas are understood. The day of your event, we coordinate all aspects including creating a time line for the day’s events.
If you have already chosen your venue and some or all of your vendors we can coordinate your vendors so that there is no overlap of services. This insures that there will be a seamless fit among the services and that there is ample space and optimal location of your vendors.
Finally, our on-site coordination allows you to HAVE FUN. You don’t need to run around making sure that everyone is doing what they are contracted to do. You spent too much of your hard earned money to have to “sweat the details”… That’s our job!
